Use this chart to determine the recommended daily allowance of protein for you based on your weight and your activity levels. The number that you find on the chart is the total protein you should take each day….not just whey. Also remember that this is not a single serving size- your protein consumption should be spread out throughout the day. Our bodies can only absorb a certain amount of protein in one serving- anything beyond that will be wasted. This number varies for everyone.
