I would like to tell you how much I enjoy and appreciate your protein powder. Not only is your customer service first rate, but using your protein has changed my life.
At 54, I got an error message when I stepped on my electronic scale because it only weighed up to 330 pounds. I decided that I needed to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. A search of the Internet on the various diets turned up the Protein Sparing Modified Fast diet. I chose that diet because it promised quick results and I had failed to lose weight on earlier diets that took too long to show results. At first, I ate only fish and chicken to get the necessary protein.
Another Internet search on protein showed that whey protein was one of the best sources of protein. It also had the benefit of being drinkable, after being mixed with water or skim milk, so that I did not have to mess with cans of tuna fish or salmon when eating lunch at work or while on the road.
I found that most whey products sold in stores and gyms had other stuff besides whey protein in it. Stuff I didn't want or need. Using Google again, I compared the ingredients, protein content, and price for lots of different whey products. I decided that the best source of whey protein available was Your Whey.
Your Whey protein does not hype its product. It doesn't have to. The product is pure, natural, and delicious. I suspect that the producers of Your Whey protein probably make much of the protein powder that is later adulterated with inferior whey protein products and things like artificial sweeteners and flavoring that other sellers of protein power then put a fancy label on and mark up considerably. I like to go to the source and cut out the middleman and with the Internet that is easier to do than ever before.
Using Your Whey protein powder as my primary source of protein, I have gone from weighing well over 330 pounds to 217 pounds over 16 months and I am still losing weight. I could lose the weight faster, but I do not want to end up with loose skin from losing weight too fast and so far, I have not had a problem.
One of my favorite ways to eat Your Whey is to use a blender to add three or four scoops of Your Whey protein powder to two cups of skim milk and a cup of egg whites to blend up a nice shake, which I drink a half cup at a time. In the morning I like to add a scoop of Your Whey protein powder to a little dry oatmeal and a handful of raisins. I mix them well and then add water and cook the mixture for a couple minutes in the microwave. After it has cooked, I stir it well and add a little skim milk. That starts the day with a shot of protein, it is filling, and it tastes good.
Sincerely,
Rich D.
